These include axial and radial leaded ceramic capacitors; radial leaded tantalum capacitors; SMD multilayer ceramic, tantalum and niobium oxide (OxiCap™) capacitors; circuit protection devices; filters; frequency control devices; and standard interconnect components. The guide provides an overview both of the RoHS requirements and of AVX products conforming with them, including the date of their availability, together with recommended soldering profiles RoHS-compliant products manufactured by AVX utilize termination finishes (e.g. Sn or SnAg) that are compatible and fully-reverse compatible with the SnPb soldering system. |
