The
Elco Connector Division of AVX Corporation
has received the prestigious Supplier Award from leading automotive
company, Bosch, which acknowledges Elco's outstanding performance
over the last two years with respect to quality, costs and on time
delivery. Other factors influencing the award include Elco's industry
leading technical abilities and a willingness and capability to
develop its products and technology on a continuous basis.
AVX group companies supply many products to Bosch, but this bi-annual
award award specifically covers the wide Elco connector product
range, including press-fit ECU (Engine Control Unit), as well as
comfort and safety connectors. The company has supplied Bosch for
many years, and this is the first time Elco has won the award.
