Custom enclosures are rapidly designed Enclosures and accessories specialist Distribution now offers, for the first time from any distributor, the facility for customers to design their own enclosures or modify standard Surtech products using specialist CAD system software. The CAD system’s 3D imaging capability also allows each design to be viewed and approved prior to placing an order, ensuring that customers get exactly what they require, plus substantial benefits including a reduction in time to market. Customers work alongside Surtech’s Technical Team to decide on the most cost-effective design, then view it in 3D obtaining a visual check that they have specified exactly what they require. Once the design is agreed, the model file is transferred directly to the manufacturing plant. The service is ideal for batch production, as Surtech can arrange call-off of modified/customised products against orders. |
