The Airpax range of Flat Rocker style magnetic circuit breakers is now available from Deltron UK Ltd The new products are claimed to be a major development in the aesthetics of circuit breakers and also have the added benefit of eliminating accidental operation.

The flat rocker style is produced in Airpax’s IEG, IEL and LEL product families and is available with literally thousands of operations relating to voltage, current, interrupt capacity, delay times and tripping characteristics.

IEL/LEL and IEG models are VDE approved to VDE 0660, part 101. They meet IEC spacing requirements, mandatory for equipment which must comply with IEC specifications 601 and 950, and VDE specifications 0804 and 0805.

The IEG model features a "trip free" action, which means the circuit will trip in the presence of an overload even though the handle is held in the ON position. The delay mechanism senses the fault and the contacts open.
