Versatile Tubular Heating Elements A new range of tubular heating elements from specialist controls and automation components supplier , provide a clean and efficient means of heating liquids or gases by conduction, convection or radiation. These tubular heating elements are available for operation at 110, 230 or 400V, and are capable of achieving temperatures up to 850oC. They may be supplied in standard diameters of 6.4, 8.0, 9.5, 11.0 or 16.0mm, either straight or formed into complex shapes. This flexibility enables their use in a diverse range of equipment and applications including liquids (water, showers, glycol mixtures, oil and treated water); gasses (air or inert gas, air heaters, heater load banks, ovens and re-circulation ovens); or solids (heater platens, moulds, extractors and castings).
