Dependable, compact RJ Series relays Specialist electronics distributor has complemented its growing product range by adding the RJ Series relays, from Idec.Measuring only 12.5mm wide, the RJ Series is ideally suited for use where space is at a premium. They feature a contact rating of up to 16A; an innovative return spring design which outperforms competitors; and an inherently high build quality and durability, offering a lifetime of 50 million cycles and 200,000 cycles at full resistive AC load. And being manufactured using spot-welding technology, they have no need for internal jumper wires or solder joints. With three times the life expectancy of comparable units, the RJ relays offer reduced costs in both maintenance and equipment down-time. Correlating sockets include multiple features for ease of use and can be DIN rail, panel, or PCB-mounted. The blade model has an optional green, non-polarised LED with Idec’s unique light guide.
